Flare Gas Purchase Proposal

STELLAR is pleased to submit its proposal to PDO for the purchasing the flare gases of selected fields over a specified period time.

We will take full responsibility for project financing, engineering, manufacturing, suppling, installation, commissioning, and operating of modular zero flaring units, to be installed at the selected sites, composed of but not limited to the following packages:

• Gas Receival
• Gas Compression
• Gas Treatment (Separation, Sweetening, Dehydration)
• Gas Low-Temperature Cycle
• Gas LPG/Condensate Removal
• Plant Utilities
• Liquid products storage and road tankers
